Refund Policy

  • If the flight is canceled due to weather conditions or FAA regulations, we will issue a full refund or reschedule the flight at no additional cost to the customer.
  • If the customer cancels the flight at least 48 hours before the scheduled time, we will issue a full refund.
  • If the customer cancels the flight less than 48 hours before the scheduled time, we will issue a refund minus a 10% cancellation fee.
  • No refund will be issued for flights that are completed as scheduled.
